Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy defines how FaceMirror may and may not be used.
The goal is to ensure the platform is used responsibly and ethically.
2. Permitted Use
FaceMirror is intended for internal visual similarity search within a client's own dataset.
Acceptable uses include:
- Matching similar faces within a controlled database
- Improving internal search and discovery features
- Supporting platform-specific workflows (profiles, records, casting, etc.)
3. Prohibited Use
You may NOT use FaceMirror for:
- Identifying or confirming the identity of real-world individuals
- Surveillance, tracking, or monitoring individuals
- Law enforcement or biometric identification purposes
- Analyzing or scraping images without proper rights or consent
- Any activity that violates laws or regulations
4. Data Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that all images processed through FaceMirror are:
- Owned by you or properly licensed
- Used in compliance with applicable laws
5. Enforcement
FaceMirror reserves the right to:
- Restrict or terminate access to the service
- Suspend API keys or accounts
- Investigate suspected misuse
6. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated at any time.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
